Separately Managed Accounts
Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs) are a growing area of the financial services industry. As independent advisors of H. Beck, Inc., we have access to a wide range of portfolio managers, across the spectrum of assets classes and investment styles. Our process of review and due dilligence allows us to identify the managers and strategies that meet our standards and best suit our clients’ needs. We can then present each client with a single-source solution, or a multiple manager approach. In each case, our approach is driven by the unique situation of each client.
**Investors must be accredited investors and these programs may not be available to the general public. The eligibility of each investor to participate in these programs will need be determined based on annual income, personal assets, and other factors.

There are risks involved in investing including loss of principal. Account values fluctuate due to market conditions and may be more or less than the original amount invested.
Our Independence Provides More Investment Options
As independent investment managers, we can invest with a variety of managers across many different platforms. The decision of whether to invest in a Separately Managed Account, ETF's, or in a Mutual Fund portfolio is guided by the variables unique to each client situation. Rather than favor one platform over another, we explain the characteristics, benefits and costs to each strategy and work with our clients to select what we believe to be the best approach to help them accomplish their specific goals.
