Wealth Management Specialist
Courtney earned the Wealth Management Specialist designation. She helps our clients with various aspects of their financial planning and she also works closely with our 401(k) and other retirement plan clients navigate the complex world of Plan Administration.
Courtney is active in the client review process and plays a key role in the helping our clients reach their financial goals. She also prepares client review meeting materials, assembles and analyzes the data necessary for those meetings, and facilitates the account opening and new client on-boarding processes. She prides herself on providing timely responses to client service inquiries and assists with office operations. Her growing knowledge of financial planning and investment management, coupled with her desire to serve clients, has enhanced her aspiration to continue her professional growth.
Courtney is originally from Florida where she studied Finance at the University of Tampa prior to earning a degree in Business Management from the University of Colorado.
She is a novice gardener who is particularly interested in learning how to grow vegetables and dreams to one day build the ultimate backyard garden. Her favorite flower is the Mammoth Sunflower, although she has yet to find a way to protect her sunflowers from raging squirrels. Courtney also enjoys running; her most memorable races have been the Baltimore Half Marathon and the Frederick Zombie Mud Run. Her latest interest is in weight training, or, as she would say, “lifting the heavy stuff” or “pumping iron”. She most enjoys the process of learning new training techniques and to be constantly challenged physically and mentally.
